1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Forza Ranch Labs LLC ("Forza Ranch Labs," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website (forzaranchlabs.com) and applications, including Toothbrush and Explorio (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our written permission

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.
5. User Content
If you submit content to the Services (such as messages through our contact form or content within our apps), you grant Forza Ranch Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as mapping providers or AI platforms). Forza Ranch Labs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORZA RANCH LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORZA RANCH LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FORZA RANCH LABS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forza Ranch Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
